Creator David Ray Alexander, as a digital effects artist, wanted to see how far he could push his knowledge of the AI workflow to transform single still images into moving sequences. THE ONLY ONE I SEE appears to be 100 short video clips (which it ultimately is) but the actual source material comes from individual still photographs referenced from public domain and the band's personal archive. Custom models and prompts were used to create over a thousand sequences that were curated and edited for the finished video.
